Nurses Leslee Lanphier, R.N., and Rebecca Francis, R.N., appeal from the trial court’s denial of their motion to dismiss Tania Avis’s (a/k/a Tania Greer) claims against them. The nurses rely on Section 101.106(f) of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code in maintaining that the trial court should have dismissed Avis’s claims since those claims could have been brought against the nurses’ employer, a governmental entity. See Tex Civ. Prac. & Rem.Code Ann. § 101.106(f) (Vernon 2005). We disagree with their position and affirm the trial court’s order denying…
