This is an appeal by John P. Gilíes to review an order of the district court of Oklahoma County sustaining a demurrer to his petition. The action was brought to quiet title to certain lots in Oklahoma City. The petition is entitled “John P. Gilíes, Plaintiff, v. E. M. Page Elstate, Farmers National Bank of Oklahoma City, Executors.” It would appear from the caption that plaintiff attempted to sue the Farmers National Bank .of Oklahoma City as the executor of the E.
