On November 16, 189S, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Division No*. 1, of Anaconda, Montana, entered into an agreement with Edward B. White, a contractor and builder, by the terms of which White agreed to furnish the materials and erect a building for the order in Anaconda, for which he was to* be paid the sum of $13,515, the building to be completed prior to December 1, 1898, and all the work to be done according to plans and specifications which were furnished.
