Defendant/third party plaintiff Howard Beach Fitness Center, Inc., d/b/a Gold’s Gym (“Howard Beach” or “debtor”), moves to transfer the venue of the above-captioned actions from the Southern District of New York to the Eastern District of New York. Third party defendant Levien, Deliso, Songer P.C.
