This is an appeal by R. A. Freudig Associates, Petitioner, from an adjudication of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department (Department) upholding Maryland Casualty Company’s (Maryland) termination of its agen cy agreement, and of the Departments order denying reconsideration of that order.
