Alexander Blackwood seeks a peremptory writ of mandamus to compel the directors of the Blackwood Electric Steel Corporation to restore him to the office of president, to which he had been elected by the directors, and second, to tbc position of general manager, to which he had been elected, or appointed, by said directors, from which positions he alleges he has been illegally ousted by the said directors of said corporation.
