The action is to foreclose a mortgage. The owner of the property defends, claiming it purchased the property through the false representations of the plaintiff. The owner seeks to have the contract rescinded or to recover its damages. The facts as found are these: The Shamokin & Hollis Real Estate Company was composed of people living in Shamokin, Penn.
