— In an action to recover damages for dental malpractice and breach of contract, (1) defendant appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (McGinity, J.), dated September 16, 1981, as denied that branch of his motion which was to dismiss plaintiff’s second cause of action and (2) plaintiff cross-appeals from so much of the same order as granted that branch of defendant’s motion which was to dismiss plaintiff’s first cause of action on the ground it was barred by the Statute of Limitations.
