LEE, Bankruptcy Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
In this appeal, we examine the standard of “good faith” as it relates to the preparation of bankruptcy schedules and its application to the determination of chapter 13 eligibility under 11 U.S.C. § 109(e). 2 Appellant, Teresa A. Guastella (“Guastella”), appeals the bankruptcy court’s orders dismissing her chapter 13 case for lack of eligibility and denying her request to vacate the dismissal order.
