Appellants, C.P. Motion, Inc. (“CP”), and the Raymond and Selma Weis-bein Irrevocable Trust (“WT”), appeal from an order denying CP’s motion to substitute party and a final order dismiss ing CP’s counterclaim against Appellees, Richard Goldblatt and Valerie Goldblatt (the “Goldblatts”). 1 For the following reasons, we reverse.

I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
