HUNTER, District Judge.
This is an action instituted in Admiralty by Libelant against Albatross Shipping Corporation. The libel is in three counts:(1) For damages for personal injuries sustained aboard the SS RICHMOND;(2) For maintenance and cure; and(3) For damages for failure to pay maintenance and cure.
