DANA, Justice.
Lynn Burnell appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Franklin County, Alexander, J.) on her complaint against the Town of Kingfield for the breach of an employment contract. She contends that the court erred in granting the Town’s motion for a summary judgment because there were genuine issues of material fact regarding the term of the agreement between Burnell and the Town, and whether the agreement fell within the statute of frauds.
