Defendants Marks Shron & Company (“Shron”), Robson, Miller & Osserman (“Robson”), Mark Schwarz (“Schwarz”), and Wofsey, Certilman, Haft, Lebow, Balm, Buckley & Kremer (“Wofsey”) have moved to dismiss the action filed against them by Alan G.
