FUNDERBURK, Justice.
Minneapolis-Moline Power Implement Company brought this suit against P. Gatzki and Walter Gatzki to recover upon certain notes given by the latter for part of the purchase price of one model B combine, and to foreclose two mortgages given at different times to secure said notes.
