PLEASANTS, Chief Justice.

This suit was brought by the appellee against the appellants, Laura Koppe, J. F. Eobinson and Augusta Kurten, to recover an undivided one-half interest in the estate of William Koppe, deceased. As preliminary to such recovery it was sought to cancel a deed executed by the plaintiff to Laura Koppe on February 26, 1906, whereby plaintiff conveyed his interest in said estate to said defendant. It was further sought to cancel certain deeds from Laura Koppe to the defendants Eobinson and Kurten conveying to them respectively certain portions' of the lands belonging to said…
