WALKER, Chief Justice.

On, the 19th day of March, 1932, in the course of his employment with Yount-Lee Oil Company, appellee, W. G. Ford, was injured in a collision between an automobile he was driving and a truck, driven by Milton Green. This was a suit in the lower court, filed in the district court of Jefferson County on the 19th day of March, 1934, by appellee against appellants, Milton Green, W. C.
