WOODRUFF, Justice.
W. B. Casteel instituted this suit against appellant, George Henderson Griffith, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained on October 8, 1955, in an intersectional collision between a pickup truck in which he was riding and a passenger car being driven by appellant.
Pursuant to jury findings favorable to him, judgment was rendered in his behalf against appellant for the total sum of $18,064.45. Appellant in due time filed a motion for new trial, which was amended, and upon presentation, it was overruled by the trial court and appellant has duly…
