Plaintiffs allege that at the time of the commencement of this action they were members of the defendant Fifth Church of Christ Scientist. They sue to compel the defendants to account to the church for all Considerations illegally received by (hem and for secret profits they are alleged to have made in the conduct of the affairs of the church, and further to compel the *251individual defendants to account to the church for certain acts of malfeasance and misfeasance of which the complaint alleges they have been guilty.
