MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
RAMSEY, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Morris N. Brice, brought this action under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. §§ 51-60, (FELA), to recover for personal injuries sustained while working as a carpenter in the employ of defendant, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak). Presently before the Court is defendant’s motion in limine to preclude plaintiff from introducing evidence of medical expenses incurred by plaintiff and paid on plaintiff’s behalf by defendant.
