Respondent-appellant Andre Tatibouet appeals from the first circuit court’s order, the Honorable Gail Nakatani presiding, granting petitioner-appellee J.W. Ellsworth’s motion to confirm his final arbitration award and denying Tatibouet’s motion to vacate the arbitration award.
