CRIST, Judge.

Movant appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

Movant pled guilty to possession of marijuana, § 195.020, RSMo 1986, punishable as a felony because a second offense. § 195.200.1(l)(b), RSMo 1986. After a pre-sentence investigation, the court denied movant probation and sentenced him to five years’ imprisonment.
