This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court affirming an order of the county court of St. Francis County selecting the Bank of Forrest City as the depository of all the public funds of said county. This order was made in pursuance of an act of the Legislature approved March 9, 1909, entitled “An act to provide a depository for the county funds of * * * St. Francis * * * counties” (Acts of 1909, p. 150).
