This appeal is from an order granting defendant’s motion for judgment of non pros for want of prosecution. The suit is in trespass for damage to personal property. There are two defendants: (1) partners trading as S. Blecher & Sons and (2) Wanda Building and Loan Association. The cause of action arose December 23,1942. The suit was brought March 24, 1944.
