Appellant was found guilty after a jury trial in the Criminal Court of Baltimore of possessing a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute; he was sentenced to 20 years’ imprisonment. The judgment was affirmed on appeal. Couser v. State, 36 Md. App. 485, 374 A. 2d 399 (1977).
