SMITH, Circuit Judge.

Alan Todd Brown appeals the district court’s 1 grant of summary judgment to Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP) on Brown’s claims for fraudulent misrepresentation, unfair or deceptive practices, and breach of warranty against LP for the purported defectiveness of its TrimBoard product. We affirm.

I. Background
