A petition for a rehearing filed herein discloses that its author does not understand the functions of an appellate court. The petition chides us for incorporating part of plaintiffs’ evidence in our opinion and omitting defendants’’ evidence to the contrary. Our purpose in quoting part of the plaintiffs’ evidence was to show that there was no merit in defendants’ contention that the findings and judgment of the trial court were contrary .to the evidence.
