The trial court, as appears from its opinion, copied into the record in this case, sustained the motion of the defendant for a directed verdict upon the theory that the contract between the plaintiff and her employer, the circus company, and the contract between the circus company and the railroad company, were valid contracts, barring plaintiff from recovery of any damages in this action.
