—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Owen, J.), entered October 15, 1993, which, upon a jury verdict, finding that the plaintiff had not sustained a "significant disfigurement”, and had sustained no damages as a result of the accident in this case, was in favor of the defendants dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
