This is an appeal from an order which dismissed one of two claims in a complaint for wrong ful death. A motion to dismiss on the ground that the complaint failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted was sustained as to the first claim in the complaint which was based on an alleged violation of the safe place statute. The plaintiffs are the children and wife of Robert E. Leitner, a guard at the Milwaukee County Zoo, who was killed during a burglary at the zoo offices on June 1, 1976.
