This was an action to recover .damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when the bicycle which she was riding was struck by a bus owned and operated by defendant company. The driver of the bus also was made a defendant. The case has been here previously on a question of pleading (Kaminski v. Kansas City Public Service Co., 171 Kan. 64, 229 P. 2d 759).
