The plaintiff, Marguerite E. Furstenberg, commenced this action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have resulted from the concurrent negligence of the two defendants: (1) Wesley Medical Center, also known as Wesley Hospital, and as Wesley Hospital and Nurses Training School, and (2) Hahner, Foreman and Harness, Inc., formerly Hahner-Foreman, Inc.
