OPINION REGARDING OBJECTIONS TO CONFIRMATION OF DEBTOR’S PLAN

This Chapter 11 case presents a dispute over confirmation of the proposed plan of reorganization filed by the Debtor, BWP Transport, Inc. (“BWP”). BWP’s largest creditor, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Chase,”) which also is a secured creditor, objects to confirmation on numerous grounds.
