Before the Court is Petitioner Joe D’Ambrosio’s Motion for Relief from Judgment (Doc. 251), filed under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b). In this motion, D’Ambrosio asks this Court to vacate its April 27, 2009 Order (Doc. 243). Ultimately, it is D’Ambrosio’s hope that the Court will enter a new, broader, order barring his reprosecution in this capital case.
