This is an appeal from a judgment rendered by the Fifth District Court of New Orleans, by which it was decreed that the Metairie Road of right belongs to the public, as far as the river Mississippi, at the place called Cannes Bruslées, as it formerly existed, and directing all obstructions to the free public use of the same to be removed.
