The jury convicted Samuel Mondragon-Garcia of the offense of murder, made an affirmative deadly weapon finding, and assessed punishment at confinement for 35 years and a fine of $10,000. We affirm.

Appellant presents six points of error on appeal. In the first three points, which are argued together, appellant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence relating to the firearm that was found during a warrant-less search of appellant’s motel room.
