MOISE, Justice.
The trial court’s original judgment recognized the claims of the plaintiff, The Texas Company, and the intervenors, .George Bollinger, et al. and Odon Ducos, et al., and rejected the claims of the heirs of Pierre Lee and Charles Fillmore Lee, to a three arpent tract of land situated in the Parish of Lafourche. By permanent injunction it enjoined the defendants, Robert W. O’Meara and Thomas Guzzetta, their officers, agents and servants, etc., from in any manner entering in or upon the property involved and exploring for oil, gas or other minerals, and ordered the removal from…
