HAMITER, Justice.

Plaintiffs, who are the sole heirs of decedents P. A. Smith and his wife, Mrs. Donah Risher Smith, seek in this action to be declared the owners of a 20-acre tract of land ■described as the north half of southwest quarter of southeast quarter (N.% of S.W. % of S.E.14), Section 12, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, LaSalle Parish, Louisiana. Those impleaded as defendants are the Southern Kraft Corporation, the Louisiana Central Oil and Gas Company, and the Arkansas Fuel Oil Company.
