This is an appeal from the judgment of the district court entered pursuant to the trial court’s direction of a verdict for the defendants at the close of plaintiffs’ case. The case involves a suit by Julius K. Hoffman and his wife, Elizabeth Hoffman, for malpractice against Dr. Ames W. Naslund and his partners, who specialize in roentgenology and radiology for the purposes of diagnosis and treatment of disease.
