Appellants (defendants below) appeal from the grant of an interlocutory injunction and denial of their motion to dismiss. Bobbie Jean Floyd, appellee, filed a verified equitable complaint against appellants Newport Timber Corporation (hereinafter Newport) and Billy Thomas in the Superior Court of Pierce County on May 12, 1980.
