Plaintiff-appellant, Progressive Specialty Insurance Company (“Progressive”), and defendant-appellant, Permanent General Insurance Company (“Permanent General”), appeal a judgment of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas finding that Progressive and Permanent General are obligated to provide a defense and/or indemnify their insureds, defendant-appellee Elbert Dick and defendant-appellee Dannis Edwards, for injuries arising out of an accident that occurred on November 4,1995.
