We deal first with the case from the standpoint of the defendant in fi. fa. As to her the question for decision is whether the allegations of the petition make a case for injunction and receiver, the defendants expressly admitting in their bill of exceptions that the evidence before the chancellor on the hearing of the application for injunction and receiver authorized him to find that these allegations were true.
