In this appeal, Appellants Winfred Donovan, Conrad Grant, Joseph A. Greaux, Beatrice Gumbs, Debbie Herbert, Pearl C. Neaves, Kenneth Nesbitt, Sylvia Slack, Millicent Smith, and Joyce L.
