THIBODEAUX, Chief Judge.

hThe plaintiff, Willie J. Zeno, Sr., appeals a judgment granting an exception of prescription in favor of the defendant, Jos-lyn Renee Alex. We affirm.

We must decide whether the trial court erred in granting the defendant’s exception of prescription.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
