In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff *771appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Underwood, J.), entered December 6, 1989, as granted the motion by the defendants Amoco Oil Company and Victor and Theresa Frederick for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
