The defendant was convicted by a jury of six in the District Court of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. G. L. c. 90, § 24.
The defendant alleges error in (1) the admission of statements made by the defendant during the performance of field sobriety tests, (2) the prosecutor’s opening argument, (3) police testimony concerning the defendant’s conduct during his apprehension, and (4) an officer’s reference to the defendant’s prior arrest record. We affirm the conviction.
