MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER RE COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY OF DEBT

The plaintiff, Carol Crossett, filed this complaint seeking to except from discharge debts owed by the debtor, Brian Dale Windom. The plaintiff contends that the debt arose in connection with her divorce from the debtor/defendant and, thus, is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(15).
