MEMORANDUM OPINION DENYING MOTION TO SUPPRESS

CASSELL, District Judge.

The defendant, Jorge Esparza-Mendo-za, has been charged in a one-count indictment with illegal reentry by a previously removed alien. 1 The government has also filed a notice of sentencing enhancement, alleging that Esparza-Mendoza has been previously convicted of felony possession of cocaine. 2 Esparza-Mendoza has filed a motion to suppress evidence, alleging that his Fourth Amendment rights were violated.
