McLaughlin, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered January 10, 2003, convicting defendant of forgery in the second degree (two counts), grand larceny in the fourth degree, and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to an aggregate term of 3V2 to 7 years, unanimously affirmed.
