[¶ 1] Stephanie Hart and . Mainers for Medical Rights (the proponents) challenge the constitutionality of a provision of the Maine Constitution. They appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Kravchuk, C.J.) affirming the decisions of the Secretary of State rejecting a direct initiative petition.
