OPINION

NAJAM, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Aaron Reemer appeals his conviction for Possession of a Drug Precursor, as a Class D felony, following a bench trial. Reemer raises two issues for our review, one of which we find dispositive: whether the State presented sufficient evidence to support his conviction.

We reverse.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
